New Pitch Count Rule
Little League baseball is undergoing a fundamental change this year relating to pitchers. In past years, a pitchers was limited to a certain number of innings pitched during a calendar week. Starting this year, pitchers will be limited to a set number of pitches a day, depending on age and number of days between games pitched. The changes are detailed in this document from Little League Baseball.
